By creating a Rodybee account, you agree to these terms. They are written for parents and adult tutors — kids do not create their own accounts and are not parties to these terms.
1. Who can use Rodybee
Only adults (parents, legal guardians, tutors, or licensed educators) may create accounts. You confirm you have the right to enter information about any kids you add.
2. Kids' accounts
There are no kid accounts. Each kid profile lives under the adult's account and is controlled by the adult. The adult is responsible for supervising use and decides who else (if anyone) can see the kid's progress.
3. Content and curriculum
Exercises, mascots, hex maps, copy, and the curriculum trees are owned by Studio Rod & Seb. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the content for commercial purposes.
4. Your feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or bug reports, we may use them to improve Rodybee without owing you anything in return.
5. Ending the relationship
You can delete your account from the parent dashboard at any time. We can suspend or delete an account that is being used to harass other users, abuse the system, or break the law.
6. No warranty
Rodybee is provided as-is. We try hard to make it work well, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a specific purpose.
7. Limits
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or zero if you've never paid us anything during early access).
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a substantive change, we'll notify you by email and give you a chance to delete your account before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country shown in your account region (Australia by default for accounts in Oceania; the EU jurisdiction you signed up from for European accounts).
